Can I wash my cieslik product
Wood should never be submerged in water. Our products can be cleaned with a damp cloth and in the case of our cutting boards, rolling pins, etc., they can be washed with soap and water, and should be dried immediately after washing.
Are your cooking products suitable for direct contact with food?
Yes, the cooking products are made exclusively from dense, non-porous woods with low levels of oleoresins, making them suitable for direct contact with food..
If I want to renew the appearance of my cutting board, what should I do?
We use imported high-quality oils that are suitable for direct contact with food in the finishing of products that are not varnished. You can contact us via WhatsApp message for information on how to obtain it directly, or you can use food-safe mineral oil, which can be easily found in major marketplaces.
Which products are suitable for cutting on?
Only the cutting boards are designed for cutting on them. If your product is finished with scratch-resistant varnish, it has great resistance to accidental scratches and abrasion but is not suitable for direct cutting.
If my product gets damaged, can I contact you to request a repair?
Depending on the extent of the damage, it may or may not be possible to carry out a repair; we will gladly assist you in assessing the damage, and if we consider that it is possible to attempt a repair, we will send you a proposal.
Does the sun damage the products?
The ultraviolet light emitted by the sun damages the natural pigments of the wood, which is why we do not recommend constant or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Does wood get affected by sudden changes in temperature or humidity?
Wood constantly absorbs and releases moisture; under normal conditions, these changes do not produce adverse effects. However, prolonged or sudden exposure to excessive moisture, dryness, cold, or heat can cause warping in the wood.

Do you only use solid woods?
Yes, our products are made exclusively from solid natural woods. We do not use substrates, particle boards, veneers, or imitations.
Are you committed to the environment?

Trees, like any living being, have a lifespan and must be harvested and replanted with environmental responsibility. For us, woods are the most sustainable manufacturing material that exists.
